Having been an industry building practitioner in building services for the past 25 years, my career span has covered Malaysia, Singapore and since 2003 in Australia. I have travelled overseas and participated in many seminars, factory performance testing and conferences as part of my engineering consultancy role in the design and management of complex projects from high-rise office buildings, hotels, hospitals to airports. Have worked with other professionals and clients in the building industry in Asia and Australia to successfully oversee projects implementation from concept, design, documentation, tender evaluation, construction, testing and commissioning.

   Part of duties on interview assessment panels include

   a) Evaluate candidates’ abilities across competency indicators,

        appropriate evaluation of the candidate’s competency is made based on recognised

        competency indicators.
