 3D = Prepare design in 3D model or 2D drawing as per design brief.

4D = Prepare tender document incorporating Bill of Quantities or Lump sum and specification.

 5D = Conduct tender evaluation, provide recommendation and execute contract.

 6D = Commission, issuance of CPC and hand over site. Advice on Facility Management process.

 7D = Follow up with client, ensuring completed project is operating smoothly as per client's vision.
